Energy is one of the most important aspects of life. There is energy radiating through everything from the mountains, to the sky and down to our bodies. All of the cells in our bodies emit energy and each cell will emit a different kind of energy based on where it is located in the body and what its job is to do. There are several different channels throughout the body that energy follows through and each of these have a key point on the body. These key points are called Chakras.
What are Chakras and how do they work?
The word chakra means ‘wheel’. Your chakras are described as the little wheels within your body that drive the energy around your body. A chakra is one of the seven points in the body which is responsible for the physiological and spiritual functions of that part of the body. There are seven chakras within the body, each with their own functions and elements that they cater for.
The chakras are untouchable elements meaning that you can not physically touch the elements although you can be aware of them and work on them.
The chakras work by emitting energy throughout your body at different frequencies. Each of the seven chakras work on a different frequency level and are accountable for different functions within the body.
What happens if your chakras are blocked?
As each chakra focuses on a different part of the body and are responsible for different aspects a blocked chakra could mean many different things. It all depends on which chakra is blocked and that will help you to determine that side effects of the blockage.
A blockage could result in physical pain or illness, a change in mood or a change in how you react and feel emotion towards different events.
Before correcting a blockage you need to determine where the blockage is coming from.
How do they relate to physical and emotional issues?
When you are feeling the effects of a physical ailment you can most likely always trace it back to a chakra. If you are experiencing physical issues it could mean that one of your chakras is blocked and needs to be opened back up.
The same can be done when you are experiencing emotional issues. You can trace the pain that you are feeling back to one (or more) of your chakras and chances are that they are blocked which is causing the emotional pain that you have.
It is important to try and practice keeping your chakras clear and unblocked to ensure that you are not experiencing too many physical and emotional issues throughout your life time.
Why is alignment important?
Alignment of your chakras is important as they are very important parts of your body. If your chakras are not aligned then there is a high likely hood of physical or emotional issues arising for you.
You may not be aware that your chakras are out of line unless you notice that you are having certain issues with yourself. It is always a good idea to try and focus on and take the time to align your chakras.
If your chakras are aligned you are less likely fall victim to different physical and emotional issues.
The energy that is emitted from your chakras is pushed throughout your body and is used to hold it all together, if they are not working together and communicating than you may start to notice blockages andissues starting to arise.
The seven chakras are not recognised by the medical board as a proper heath concern which means that they are not focusing on using the chakras in order to heal and fix different issues within a persons mind and body. However there has been a lot of research and history around the chakras and the effects that they have on the body.
If in doubt, or if you are experiencing an issue that you are unable to find an answer for – look at your chakras. Focus on aligning them and removing any blocks that there might be.
Aim towards all seven chakras being aligns and free flowing for a happy and healthy life.
